Social Roulette is an app that would delete one in six users' Facebook account data, but its founder confirms it's been blocked by Facebook so it no longer functions. While there's no specific policy prohibiting apps from deleting your data, Social Roulette is clearly counter to Facebook's mission and business model.

Ecomom, the Las Vegas-based e-commerce site for eco-friendly kids’ products founded by the late Jody Sherman, wound down its operations due to financial insolvency soon after Sherman’s death at the age of 47 in January 2013. But there is a silver lining of sorts: Today it was announced that Ecomom’s assets have been acquired has been acquired by GreenCupboards, a Spokane, Washington-based online retailer. The Ecomom.com site, which was shut down a couple months ago, will reopen for business in early summer. Today, it’s clear that this wasn’t just a plan, as its co-founder proudly shared the first U.S. BufferBox location, the nicely trafficked Coffee Bar in San Francisco. It’s no surprise that BufferBox will be setting up these shipment lockers in places that get high traffic, as it’s a more convenient experience than going to a post office or a shipping hub.
